Notice to our PlayStation 5 players! 

Hello PlayStation 5, Tenno! 

There is currently a crash on PlayStation 5 caused by entering or exiting any of the Duviri Dojo Rooms (ie. Courtier's Bliss or Harbingers Pass) - while we investigate for a fix, we recommend avoiding these rooms (both in your own Dojos and Featured Dojos). 

We'll update the thread here once we have a fix and when to expect it -- thank you! 

Top Fixes: 

• Fixed matchmaking issues when attempting to start a Steel Path Shrine Defense mission from the Star Chart “Saya’s Visions” node. 
  • Due to the amount of people playing on the node, the matchmaking requests were likely to time out with people filling open slots in the squads before you. This would cause the “Unable to join” popup to occur on most attempts to start the mission. 
• Fixed Caliban’s Lethal Progeny summons’ Damage and Health Multipliers not scaling correctly.
  • For example, with 200% Ability Strength their Damage Multiplier went from 2.5x to 4x instead of the intended 5x. 
• Fixed Koumei’s Omikuji Decrees not applying their bonuses when playing in Sanctuary Onslaught (base and Elite) missions. 
• Fixed Koumei’s Kumihimo threads not applying one of every Elemental Status Effect on a roll of triple sixes as intende...

Hey Tenno! Relevant info for those of you who had made purchases on your Steam account prior to Koumei & the Five Fates: 

Hey Tenno!

We're investigating an issue that has caused some players to get items they purchased before Koumei & the Five Fates launched twice after the update launched. This only impacts items that were purchased before Koumei & the Five Fates launched, new purchases made on a bound account after Koumei are unaffected. 

While we investigate for a fix, we’ve temporarily paused items that were purchased before Koumei from being sent. Once we have found a solution, we will ensure those items are properly delivered! This does not impact your ability to bind accounts.

We will update this thread to let you know when the items have been sent.

Scenario A:  If I have Steam account A already bound to Warframe account A with Steam Economy, but I go to bind Steam account A to Warframe account B, C, D. etc. after Koumei & The Five Fates launches, I will not be able to, and will receive an error and have to submit a ticket to support. Hello! We're looking into this issue, you can let your friend know that they can contact support.warframe.com for assistance with that accidental account binding. 

Fixes from today's Hotfix :) 

• Updated the error message when a purchase fails on a Steam bound account to better communicate to players the reason. 
• Fixed rare crash after attempting to bind Steam and Warframe accounts.

Hello Tenno! 

We've seen a surge of crash reports on specific Nvidia drivers (560.00 or 660.88) and wanted to give you a heads up!

You can check to see if you are currently using those drivers by opening up the Nvidia Control Panel and going to Help > System Information. 

If you have been experiencing crashes in Warframe and are currently using those drivers, we suggest updating them.

Yes! Binding to Steam account does not impact the other clients you launch Warframe from, you will just need to input your login credentials as usual if launched from Epic Games.

As announced on Devstream 181, we’re improving the login experience for users that launch Warframe from Steam with the introduction of Account Binding and Auto-Login in the Koumei & The Five Fates update! 

This is accurate at the time of posting, if there are any changes they will be reflected in the Koumei & The Five Fates update patch notes. 

Account Binding 

Account Binding allows a Warframe account to bind to a Steam account, so that upon launching Warframe from Steam you do not need to input your credentials to log in. Instead, clicking the “Login With Steam” button will log you right into the game and bypass this step!

New Player Experience Improvements: 

• Removed enemy spawns at the top of the ramp before the Aim Glide section in the Awakening Quest to allow new players to focus on the tutorial message instead of fighting them off. 
• Saya’s Vigil Quest Changes & Fixes: 
  • The pop-up that occurs during Saya’s Vigil Quest instructing players to equip Codex Scanners to their Gear Wheel will now linger on screen until they’ve been equipped. 
    • We want to ensure players don’t miss out on important tutorial instructions that are key to progressing in the Quest. 
  • Fixed being able to matchmake into public Plains of Eidolon squads while the Saya’s Vigil Quest is active - causing issues with Quest progression.  
    • Now players actively in Saya’s Vigil Quest will only load into Solo instances of the Plains of Eidolon to prevent issues from occurring....

Vor’s Prize Quest Changes:
We’ve made the following changes to the Spy missions in the Vor’s Prize Quest to help alleviate some of the progress pain points that new players hit. 

• Added objective markers to the Vault consoles that unlock the doors, once opened, the objective marker will properly update to the next console needing to be hacked to access the Vault. 

  • Previously, the marker would appear behind the locked doors which would lead new players (who are not yet familiar with consoles) to believe that they are unable to progress. Now, the objective markers will guide players to each of the subsequent consoles that need to be interacted with to access the Vault.

  • Reduced the number of consoles needing to be...
